Specialized Goalie Training

Confident goalkeepers perform at higher levels and can deal with the psychological, tactical, technical, and physical demands of the game. Our highly-specialized program employs rigorous training routines, building a sound foundation, developing muscle memory, and improving reaction times for consistent performance in goal.

We offer a year-round training program just for goalies, and require a minimum of 6-months commitment. Our training curriculum includes:
•    Ball Handling
•    Footwork & Positioning
•    Crosses, Free Kicks & Dead Balls
•    Ball Distribution
•    Breakaways
•    Controlling The 18-Yard Box
•    Shot Stopping
•    Directing Your Defense Players

Group Training $50/Session
Regular training times are: Monday—Thursday, at 6, 7 & 8pm. 
Weekly training sessions are one hour each.
There is a max. of 4 players per coach. 

Private Training $75/Session
During regular training hours, or per appointment.
Private sessions are intense, and physically demanding. They are beneficial for accelerated technical advancement and braking bad habits. Consult with the coach before scheduling a private session. 

Athlete Placement
New Athletes will have 2-4 individual training sessions with the head coach to learn the basic routines prior to being placed in a group. The placement is based on personality fit, skill level, physical abilities, and age.

SPECIALIZED GoalKEEPING TraininG

Our program employs rigorous training routines with a focus on these aspects, establishing a sound foundation, developing muscle memory, and improving reaction times for consistent performance. New athletes to the program will receive two to four individual training sessions where they learn basic routines, and are evaluated to be placed in a group. Group placement is based on skill level, physical abilities, and age. Our training curriculum includes:

Controlling The 18-Yard Box
Shot Stopping
Directing Your Defense Players


Group Training: $240/Month
Monday, Tuesday & Thursday 4–7pm and Sundays 10am-3pm
1 hour per week. 4 players max. 

Private Training: $80/Session
Private sessions are intense, physically demanding, and beneficial for accelerated technical advancement or breaking bad habits.
